Hello, I’m Rebecca, the founder of Cloud Yoga London. I’m a yoga teacher from London, currently living in Frankfurt (so that I can utterly fail at learning German).
I specialise in virtual online one to one classes, which include vinyasa flows of all descriptions to unite body and mind – bringing strength, flexibility and harmony to every aspect of everyday life.
I also offer a more therapeutic approach for anyone who wants softer, gentler classes, which incorporate energy work to ground, rejuvenate and heal.
My passion is empowerment. I love to work with anyone and everyone who wants to learn to reconnect with themselves and the world around them. To find their self-worth, inner strength, courage, and the joy in life.
After falling ill with Lyme Disease (that wasn’t spotted or treated twenty years ago), I started practicing yoga as a healing modality, and it has transformed my life.
Consequently, I find immense happiness in sharing everything I’ve discovered along the way, in case it helps anyone else on their life journey.
