About Vivienne, Owner/director of Karmic-Wellbeing.

My passion is health and wellbeing. I have trained with Scottish Massage Schools in Swedish massage and also through them I am an Oncology trained IRIS therapist (level 1). I am the owner of my own wellbeing business Karmic-Wellbeing in the Highlands, which is the culmination of my extensive training in the wellbeing sector. I am a three principles practitioner and I practise Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy sessions with my clients as well as my massage treatments on offer. My influences are Louise Hay, Dr Dwayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Sydney Banks and Michael Neill. Closer to home Ali Campbell and Scottish Massage Schools also influenced my own wellbeing and inspired me to take the leap of faith and start my own business. Law of attraction has also played a big part for me with visualisation and unlimited beliefs helping me get to where I am today! As an advocate for wellbeing I absolutely love my work and cannot stress enough how important it is to make time for yourself. Massage and Hypnotherapy definitely set me off on my holistic journey and brought out my spiritual side and I am excited to be on this path. I am very grateful for the opportunity to contribute an article to your wonderful wellbeing magazine on Life Coaching.
