By acknowledging and healing these ancestral influences, people can break free from inherited cycles of pain and forge a path towards emotional, spiritual, and psychological well-being, fostering a renewed sense of connection and harmony within the family lineage.

As Carl Jung wisely said, “The unconscious mind of man sees correctly even when conscious reason is blind and impotent.” This practice helps us unlock the hidden wisdom within our unconscious mind and redefine our paths.

Understanding Ancestral Healing

Delving further into this intricate web of lineage and heritage, Ancestral Healing addresses and heals intergenerational traumas, patterns, and unresolved emotions passed down through families. Drawing from various cultural traditions and spiritual beliefs, this practice recognises the profound influence our ancestors have on our present lives. Engaging in rituals, guided meditations, and therapeutic techniques facilitates the honouring, communication, and healing of ancestral spirits, truly empowering individuals to release generational burdens and foster a deeper connection with their roots and cultural identity.

My Personal Journey

My journey began when my mother passed away, and I felt the relief of the journey we had embarked on together in this lifetime coming to an end. From a young age, I had an urgent need to change the dynamics within our family. This became even more poignant when I became a mother to three beautiful daughters, mirroring the pattern of three daughters that had persisted through generations. Realising things needed to change, I embarked on my own deep healing journey.

As I delved back through my maternal lineage, I sought the truth of the stored pains and continued patterns. I discovered the ancestral wounds that needed healing, aiming not only to liberate my ancestors but to set myself and my daughters free. This work has always been an honour and a blessing. The more I healed myself and transformed my values and beliefs, the more profound the healings became, leading to a significant transformation in my life. This healing journey has had a powerful ripple effect on my daughters. As I’ve become more empowered, I can hold space for them to do the same. My deepest wish for them is to understand themselves, make heart-centred choices, and embrace both the highs and lows of life while sharing their unique gifts with the world.

Writing this article is a testament to the progress I’ve made. Two years ago, I wouldn’t have had the clarity or courage to do so. Now, as I continue to heal, I gain greater understanding and awareness of the choices I have in shaping my life. I am profoundly grateful for my ancestors’ experiences, which have paved the way for me to be here now, fully embodying my human experience as Anna.

Trained in life, past life, and ancestral healing through root emotional tracing, and having walked this path myself, I now help others do the same. I am fulfilling a purpose I innately knew as a young girl, even though I couldn’t have comprehended its form back then.

In undertaking this sacred work, we can transform not just our personal lives, but also the lives of future generations. Maya Angelou perfectly encapsulated this truth: “You can’t really know where you are going until you know where you have been.” Let this be an invitation to explore your lineage, heal ancestral wounds, and create a legacy of love and strength.

Client Testimonials

Here are some powerful testimonials from clients who have experienced ancestral healing:

I’ve been feeling so much more free and clear of the sadness and frustration that was controlling my life. It was quite a thing to actually be able to visualise my ancestor and how he changed from being small and so traumatised, into the tall, happy, fun man that he was. I had thought that expressing those feelings would be impossible, but with your support and the music you chose, they flowed well. –  Sally M.

Anna’s gentle loving presence took me to a space of facing loss and allowing grace to heal in my ancestral healing session. – Jeanine H.
