I am a holistic therapist who has practised professionally now for around 2 years, however I completed my qualifications years ago and have practised for a good few years on family and friends. I offer Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Thai Foot Massage and Reiki. I live a healthy and balanced lifestyle (with the odd treat, life is for living!) and I try to promote this lifestyle to clients and followers of my blog. I practice Reiki daily and try to fit in Tai Chi when I can. I use crystals in treatments as and when necessary and I love the excitement of knowing that not every client and treatment is ever the same.
