My name is Dr. Lara Tarocco Brook, I was born in Milan, Italy, in 1968, and moved to the UK in 2004, where I trained in Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Tarot Therapy, Thai Foot Massage, Angelology, Crystal Healing and Mediumship. I am a hypnotherapist, psychic, holistic researcher and an adoptive mother.

My practice Holisticalia Hypnotherapy is based in Egham, Surrey and I treat clients from Monday to Saturday.

I am passionate about helping people with hypnotherapy to stop smoking, manage stress, reduce anxiety/panic attacks, trauma, weight loss, infertility, addictions, alcohol reduction, pain control, phobias/fears, fear of flying, relationship issues, eating issues, poor sleep/insomnia, obsessions/compulsions, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, confidence/self-esteem, child and teenage problems.
