My journey into the Esoteric arts started way back in the 1970's so as you can guess I'm not as young as many of good people reading this article are.

During the late 1970's and during the 1980's I was a devotee of traditional Hatha Yoga, Kenpo Karate and various schools of meditational practice.

I became a vegetarian which lasted for 6 years but I was a true vegi, no chicken or fish and at that time it was not an easy task I can tell you with family and friends thinking I had totally lost the plot.

So let’s fast forward to now, 2020, what am I up to these days as regards Health and Wellbeing.

I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and Reflexologist trading together with my partner Jennie as Engra Holistics and based in Exeter, Devon where we were both born and grew up.

(I am also a Karate instructor and have practiced Martial Arts for over 40 years now.)

Jennie and I offer the following Holistic Therapies to all.
Reflexology - Reiki -Rieki Drumming - Meditation Classes - Crystal Therapy - Shamanic Healing.
