Not even a year yet what a journey !!!!

I am now studying again with BSY pre-natal and postnatal yoga.

I specialise in bespoke one-to-ones or small groups, as I feel clients like that personal connection. I am bit of a yoga surfer at the moment, I have two places in Penrith, Cumbria that I use and I work around their businesses. I now have my own yoga studio based in Penrith, Cumbria called Jane’s Bespoke Health, and Yoga Studio.

I am doing my first yoga retreat this year with a small group of 5 in a remote part of Greece. If it’s a success, it’s something I would like to make a regular thing.

I feel I have so many adventures yet to have for myself and my yogini clients.

My business card reflects myself and my Father, the roots from him to me, growing and flourishing. My father used to practice Yoga and I feel connected spiritually to him through Yoga. This is even more poignant since he passed last year of vascular dementia, which is such an awful disease, and sadly he never knew I trained as a Yoga teacher.
