After 6 years of experience working with children who have special educational needs and disabilities and reaping the benefits of yoga in my personal life, I decided to complete training with Special Yoga. This allowed me to offer yoga to the population I was already working with. This method of yoga can be adapted to all abilities and needs - I really do mean it when I say it is for everyone. I now offer 1:1 and group yoga, both privately and in schools, for children aged 0-18 years. I am used to working with a multi-disciplinary team and therefore can work closely with therapists and professionals to assist children in bringing yoga to their lives. I have adapted to the current situation by also offering 1:1 and group yoga online via video call or pre-recorded videos. You can find some free yoga practices on my Instagram and YouTube channel.
