I am Joanne Kelly, from Co. Durham in the UK. My career started in banking and I moved onto marketing, and helped local businesses get noticed on social media. I have two grown up sons and a 7 year old daughter. All my life I wanted to help people better themselves, it’s a calling. I have a degree in Health and Exercise and learned a lot about the mental effects of exercise as well as nutrition and motivation. I’ve beaten addictions, depression, anxiety and low self esteem to step into being the best version of myself I can be, and I absolutely love life.
