I am Karen Bresloff, a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist, certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Sound Therapist with over 22 years of experience in private practice and the public sector. I have worked as an Organisational Psychotherapist for Transport for London and served as Clinical Lead at Khiron Clinic, specialising in trauma recovery.

I offer therapy without borders, providing trauma recovery and ‘Coaching for Life’ sessions online for clients in the UK and internationally.

My personal journey has deeply shaped my work. Growing up in a military family, I moved between the UK, Europe, and West Africa, experiencing anxiety, loss, and the challenges of constant change. A near-drowning incident at age two and personal family trauma shaped my sensitivity and empathy, which later became my greatest strengths.

After an early career in marketing, I turned to psychotherapy following my own struggles with anxiety and a transformative period of personal growth. I trained at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE) and The Minster Centre, qualifying as an Integrative Psychotherapist in 2005.

For me, being a psychotherapist is not just a profession but a life in service. I continue to learn every day and am honoured to support others on their healing journeys, drawing on my global experiences, deep compassion, and commitment to lifelong growth.
