I am Kiasha Sylvester a holistic therapist specialising in aromatherapy, natural alternatives & reiki energy healing. After starting my spiritual journey a few years ago it became clearer to me what my calling was and how I wanted to help others create the same balance in their lives. I was a natural at it and for that I thank my parents for the upbringing and constant spiritual grounding they brought me up on. The holistic approach to life has been a game changer for me and I couldn’t imagine myself without it. I have created harmony and peace within myself and over time have managed to live and look after myself mainly off earth’s natural treasures, maintaining good physical and emotional health inside out. I work privately both face to face and over email/phone for advice and guidance. I am currently also working on selling my own natural products which I have started with aromatherapy bath salts and am working on adding to my range.
