Raluca Predeanu

I am a trauma-informed therapist specialising in supporting individuals with chronic health issues and severe challenges. My approach is grounded in empathy, safety, and empowerment, recognising the deep connection between physical and emotional well-being.

I create a space where clients can process their fears, frustrations, and grief, using somatic awareness, mindfulness, and therapeutic techniques to promote healing and resilience. My work is informed by both professional training and personal experience, helping individuals reclaim agency over their bodies and minds on their path to recovery.
