My journey began in the world of science, where I earned a Ph.D. in Technological Physics Engineering and led innovative research projects in remote sensing and natural hazards. Over the years, I had the privilege of supervising master’s and doctoral students, and my work took me to remarkable settings, from witnessing volcanic eruptions to mapping landslides, detecting urban subsidence, analysing active faults, modelling riverine floods, and monitoring vegetation patterns in Antarctica. Collaborating with researchers worldwide, I contributed to a deeper understanding of our planet.

While my career was rewarding, I often grappled with perfectionism, anxiety, and the relentless pressure to excel.

Motherhood brought a profound turning point. Stepping away temporarily from my career to focus on my family gave me perspective but returning to the workforce and balancing professional and personal demands proved overwhelming. This stress culminated in a health crisis that left part of my body temporarily paralyzed. Forced to pause, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing, where I reconnected with my authentic self—long overshadowed by inner conflicts.

This transformation reshaped my relationship with work and life. By embracing self-compassion and adopting practices like meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, and mind-rewiring techniques such as hypnosis, I discovered a new way to navigate stress. I learned that true productivity and fulfilment come from balance and resilience, not relentless striving.

Today, I am a Life Balance Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner, and Meditation Facilitator. By combining a deep understanding of the nervous system with holistic tools such as hypnotherapy, tapping, and mindfulness, I help clients transform their lives from the inside out. Together, we build a new relationship with stress—not one of avoidance, but one of resilience, where challenges become stepping stones for growth.

I am passionate about empowering individuals to reconnect with their authentic selves, embrace their inner strength, and cultivate the confidence to thrive in every area of life.
