Who is Vanessa Westwell?
Vanessa is a Certified Practitioner of The Emotion Code™ The Body Code™ and The Belief Code™. She is a very experienced Life and Business Coach, as well as a Certified Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Birth Re-imprinting. She also Channels Information and Guidance from Spiritual Guides during sessions.
She specializes in helping and supporting Healers and Lightworkers, Teachers, Coaches, Artists, Creatives, Entrepreneurs, and other unique souls who dedicate their time to heal and uplift others.
Vanessa has been helping people for over 40 years to have happier, healthier lives, and she still loves it. After living and working in Madeira, USA, Russia, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Crete, she now lives in a little village in Hertfordshire, England.
She is the author of Travelling Light – How to live lightly in your mind, body, heart and soul. This is an inspirational and practical book for anyone who feels stressed, exhausted, overwhelmed, and searching for balance in their life. Copies are available from her website at www.TravellingLight.co
Most of Vanessa’s work is carried out online, although she occasionally runs groups in person. She works with clients from all over the world, including America, Canada, Australia, India, Europe, and the UK.

What is The Spring Into Success Intensive?
The Spring into Success Intensive is designed for Therapists, Healers, Entrepreneurs, and Lightworkers who are feeling stuck, burned out, or lacking motivation. Does that sound like you?

The Spring into Success Intensive includes Individual Zoom Sessions, Group Zoom Sessions, and Personalised Affirmation Recordings. There is also a Buddy System to help you build a Support Network, and Ongoing, Individual Encouragement from Vanessa via WhatsApp Messages and Video Calls.
The Spring into Success Intensive starts on Friday 10th May 2024, and will run for 12 weeks until Friday 2nd August 2024. Each Intensive is limited to just 10 participants, so you need to act fast to secure your spot.
The Intensive has regular, weekly, scheduled events and milestones, to keep you motivated and on track.
It includes:
- 6 x Live Group Sessions, each lasting 2 hours.
- 1 x Pre-recorded Group Session, lasting 2 hours.
- 6 x Individual Sessions, with Vanessa Westwell, each lasting 1.5 hours.
- Personalized Recordings and Motivation, tailored to you, sent to you after each of your Sessions.
- Access to Vanessa Westwell via WhatsApp and emails for the duration of the Intensive.
- A Buddy System, to encourage support, networking, skill-swaps, and ongoing friendship, which we hope will last long after the Intensive ends.
- A Certificate of Completion for your CPD Portfolio.
A Full Calendar of Events will be provided in your Welcome Pack. Group Sessions will be recorded on Zoom, for you to download and watch again. Individual Sessions will also be recorded on Zoom for your private viewing.
