…& Christ Consciousness
The focus of my work is about awakening Divine Feminine energy and reconnecting to the Mother Goddess, but I have also been guided by and inspired by Christ consciousness in this healing and facilitation work over the years.
However, I am not speaking here of patriarchal, religious dogma when I speak about Christ consciousness, which has had a limited perception for centuries. Even the mention of the word “Christ” triggers people deeply due to historical misrepresentations and the atrocities that have been committed in His name.
This disconnection is understandable.
For me, Christ Consciousness is a heightened state of awareness and spiritual evolution where we embody unconditional love, compassion, unity, and divine wisdom. It transcends religious dogma and is not just exclusive to Christianity. Rather, it is aligning with pure love and universal source energy, leading to enlightenment and sovereignty as divine beings, sourcing our divine wisdom and power within our own bodies. This state of enlightenment can be reached by all of us and was never meant for just an elect few.
It is about seeing ourselves and others through the eyes of love, recognising both our light and dark aspects but, despite this, loving unconditionally. It is not trying to live up to standards of perfection as we have been conditioned to do, leaving us ashamed that we are “human”.
Christ Consciousness also calls for unity, seeing all beings on Earth as interconnected & dissolving the illusion of separation.
It is recognising that our own inner divinity is within us, not outside us, as we have been conditioned to believe. It invites us to surrender and trust that there is a greater power that we are connected to, a part of us that we can access. At its core, it is also about compassion, forgiveness, first for ourselves and then others, and a reverence for all living species and the Earth herself.
Feminine & Masculine Energy
Christ Consciousness embodies both Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies. All of us, no matter what gender, have access to both within us. Masculine energy is action, clarity, and outward expression, whereas the feminine aspect of us invites in creativity, intuition, flow, and embracing the deep mystery within. To fully embody Christ Consciousness is to balance both these energies within. At the moment, most people are operating from their wounded feminine or wounded masculine energies.
One is not superior to the other, but rather they complement each other within us. Most of us, however, have been conditioned to operate from a masculine way of being, and this is where the imbalance has shown up for both men and women. This has been due to the suppression of the feminine, which has created deep-rooted trauma on both individual and collective levels.
Womb Awakening & Rebirth
Womb Awakening is a rebirth journey and a path to restoring inner balance and wholeness. The Sacred Womb, or Hara in men, is our connection to divine wisdom, a centre of creation, and a multidimensional portal to pure unconditional love. As beings of the Source, we are continually rebirthing into a remembrance of this connection. This, for me, is also the very essence of Christ Consciousness and can be embraced by anybody, regardless of religious background or culture.
The Sacred Womb, as a Sacred Temple, holds the blueprint of creation and spiritual power. When we heal our womb wounds, from shame, guilt, and anger on an emotional level, and heal our ancestral traumas, we realign with this sacred blueprint.
Christ Consciousness teaches that this divine power is within us all, though hierarchical structures have kept this wisdom hidden.
Many women operate in the wounded masculine energy of control, overthinking, and “doing”, while their feminine essence of creating, being, surrender, and flow is subordinated. Womb work gently unveils these patterns and their roots, restoring balance. Through womb healing, we learn to release control, soften into trust, and embrace the flow of life, embodying our Divine Feminine essence effortlessly.
Men too have lost touch with their Divine Masculine essence, often operating from wounded masculine energy. Healing the wounded masculine and reconnecting with the Hara can restore connection to their Divine Masculine power, which in turn strengthens the sacred masculine–feminine dynamic.
For me, a key aspect of Christ Consciousness is surrendering and trusting universal flow. However, surrender is deeply triggering for many, particularly women, due to religious suppression of the feminine. For centuries, women have lived in fear and terror of laying down their armour, forced to shield themselves from violation and suppression. As a result, many of us unconsciously hold onto control, overwork, and stay in a state of constant vigilance, ultimately harming our bodies, energy systems, and mental well-being.
Through womb healing, we release the need to control outcomes, whether it’s in love, abundance, or creative expression. We shift from force to flow, co-creating with the universe.
We trust our inherent divinity.
True feminine healing happens when our hearts are open and we are able to consciously connect our hearts energetically to our wombs, connecting unconditional love to our wisdom and creative flow. Through this sacred rebirth, we let go of over-giving, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and shame. We accept that we are both shadow and light, viewing ourselves through the lens of unconditional love.
More and more, I feel that this process of rebirth deeply echoes Christ Consciousness, a remembrance of our divine wholeness.
