There are many different and varied holistic therapies, some of which have strong connections to religious ideologies, whilst others have none. Religious ideologies have profoundly influenced how holistic therapies are viewed, practised and integrated into our everyday lives.
I have recently published my book called “Religious Ideologies Surrounding Various Holistic Treatments”.

It focuses on the ideologies surrounding some of these treatments and those that have no religious foundations. It is important to note that whilst some therapies may have religious backgrounds, it does not mean they are practised by the therapist treating you. I believe that we can take out of a treatment what is best for us and don’t have to partake in the religious aspect. This book also delves into the religious and spiritual foundations of these ideologies, examining them through the lens of Christian principles.
I have also included first hand experience from therapists who practice some of these treatments, as well as my own first hand experience and expertise. In addition there are chapters on living healthier lives naturally and holistically. Natural approaches to wellbeing and our attitudes towards health and wholeness. In addition there is a chapter on ideas about how we navigate diseases and illness. The aim of this book is to inspire and guide you on a more balanced approach to holistic living.
My motto in life is…
“Make your health and wellbeing your number one investment.
Without it you cannot enjoy all the other pleasures in life.”
Holistic Health origins stem from the ancient Ayurvedic practice which started in India in around the 6th century B.C. I would like to highlight that not all therapies or modalities are now based on this. I encourage you to read my book which explains this in more detail.
Herbal medicine is the oldest form known to man and certainly was around long before conventional medicine came into existence. It is often the last resort for many people when they find nothing else is working. It is a much gentler and natural way of healing ourselves and keeping our bodies healthy. Holistic Practitioners have a more in-depth approach to their treatments, they source the root cause of the ailment and treat the whole person, not just the symptom. They work alongside every client to help restore optimum health. Poor nutrition is often one of the greatest factors and if we educate ourselves on this we find a better solution for our lives.

Holistic Health looks at our overall lives and how we can gain the best for ourselves, this incorporates not only what we eat, but our attitude to our lives and the world around us, our approach to exercise and our spiritual outlook. Taking time out for ourselves daily is an important aspect of renewal and gives us all a fresh perspective on our lives and whatever situations we face.
I am a Holistic Therapist and Lifestyle Mentor and my aim is to help as many people as possible live a wholesome healthy life and to gain the best that life can offer them. I encourage others to reach for their goals and that nothing is impossible if we put our minds to it. I have extensive experience in Allergies, am an Iridologist and Herbalist and also encourage clients through my Weight Management Program and Inspired Life Program.

You can buy my book on Amazon in either kindle or paperback versions and this is available internationally.
I trust that this will help you on your journey to a more naturally healthy lifestyle.
To your Best Life
