Find Balance, Health, & Happiness Through RTT® Hypnotherapy

As an RTT®-certified therapist, I’ve seen how the relentless drive for professional success can often overshadow personal well-being. Many of my clients are incredibly accomplished in their business lives, yet they find themselves struggling to achieve the same fulfillment in their personal lives. The health and happiness they effortlessly create at work seem to elude them at home. Hypnotherapy sessions can help bridge this gap, providing the insights and tools necessary to restore balance and foster well-being beyond the boardroom.

The Silent Blocks That Sabotage Happiness

For many successful business people, the challenges they face in their personal lives are rooted in subconscious blocks. These blocks might take the form of deeply ingrained beliefs that prioritise professional success over self-care, or they might stem from a sense of guilt when time is spent on anything other than career achievements. My work with my clients can be profoundly effective in revealing these underlying beliefs—the thoughts that keep people from nurturing their own health, joy, and relationships.

Through hypnotherapy, we begin with uncovering the subconscious drivers of these behaviours. We explore questions like:

  • Why is it so much easier to give everything to the company, yet so difficult to take an hour for yourself?
  • What past experiences led to the belief that only professional success is worthy of time and effort?
  • Why is health considered secondary, something to tend to only once “everything else” is done?

Often, we uncover narratives from childhood or early career moments—times when individuals learned to equate their self-worth entirely with their achievements. This mindset, though rewarding in the corporate world, comes at the cost of happiness and well-being in other parts of life.

Breaking The Cycle Of Imbalance

Once the underlying beliefs are understood, we begin to shift the focus to transformation. We work on dismantling harmful thought patterns that perpetuate imbalance, replacing them with beliefs that value personal time, health, and joy as crucial components of overall success. Many clients find that they’ve built barriers that prevent them from relaxing, enjoying family time, or caring for their physical health. These barriers can look like:

  • A belief that “resting is wasting time” or that one must be productive at all times.
  • Feeling unworthy of happiness unless certain career milestones are achieved.
  • Emotional resistance to asking for help or admitting vulnerability, especially at home.

Hypnosis allows us to access and rewrite these beliefs, creating new pathways for mental and physical well-being.

By giving the subconscious mind permission to prioritise joy, family, and health, clients begin to shift their perspective—understanding that their personal life deserves the same energy and dedication as their career.

Creating Space For Well-Being

Beyond belief transformation, hypnotherapy also supports clients in creating space for healthier habits. Under hypnosis, we visualise and anchor new routines that promote well-being. This could mean imagining a balanced version of their day—one that includes dedicated time for exercise, meaningful connections with loved ones, and moments of relaxation without guilt.

For example, a client might visualise their day with the same attention they’d give to a business strategy—crafting time to prioritise their own health. They might see themselves waking up early to walk through the park or setting aside time to enjoy an uninterrupted meal with their partner. By experiencing these habits during hypnosis, they become easier to enact in daily life.

Once the clients’ beliefs have been identified and transformed a personalised recording is provided that clients use daily to reinforce these new habits and beliefs. The recording anchors the idea that health, happiness, and peace are just as important as business success—and that by cultivating these aspects of life, they become more effective leaders, partners, and individuals.

A New Definition Of Success
