…to Help Clients Overcome Pain & Injuries

As an RTT®-certified therapist, I’ve seen firsthand how Rapid Transformational Therapy® can support the body’s natural healing process, easing pain and discomfort through the mind’s powerful influence. It’s not always as simple as a sprain or strain; sometimes, physical pain tells a deeper story, rooted in past emotional experiences or beliefs that may have been held unconsciously.

Together, my clients and I work to uncover the true source of discomfort—whether it’s physical, emotional, or a blend of both—and use RTT® hypnotherapy to help initiate healing in ways that can be genuinely transformative.

Identifying & Uncovering Concerns

In Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) hypnotherapy, identifying the cause of pain is the first step toward healing. This begins with a discovery process to determine whether the pain is:

  • a physical injury from activity or overuse, or
  • a psychosomatic response, where unresolved emotional trauma or beliefs manifest as physical symptoms.

This exploration often reveals that pain, especially chronic pain, is not purely physical. For example, shoulder pain might be linked to an internalized sense of burden, while back pain can correlate with feeling unsupported or overwhelmed. By understanding the origin of their discomfort, clients become more receptive to RTT® hypnotherapy as a means to address it.

Exploring Mental Blocks & Beliefs

Once the root of the pain is identified, RTT® hypnotherapy shifts focus to any mental patterns or beliefs that might be sustaining it. When pain has an emotional root, it is often linked to deeply held subconscious beliefs formed during past experiences.

Hypnosis allows clients to safely access and explore these beliefs, uncovering mental blocks that may have created or sustained physical symptoms.

Some common blocks that RTT® may help identify include:

  • subconscious beliefs of unworthiness of health or happiness, often tied to guilt or past experiences,
  • emotional defenses that hold tension in the body as a form of “protection,” or
  • a persistent sense of carrying an “emotional burden,” which may lead to pain in areas like the shoulders or back.

RTT® hypnotherapy brings these subconscious beliefs to light, allowing clients to release them and clear a path for healing.

Using Visualisation for Healing Both Physical & Psychosomatic Pain

Under hypnosis, clients are guided to compare the affected area with a healthy counterpart, vividly imagining characteristics like colour, strength, and flexibility. This exercise creates a powerful mental contrast between the injured part and a healthy one, giving the mind a clear image of what healing looks like.

For physical injuries, this visualisation begins right away, allowing the mind to actively engage the body’s healing process. For psychosomatic pain, RTT® first works on identifying and releasing mental blocks, clearing the way for visualisation. When visualisation begins, clients may be encouraged to imagine the pain or issue leaving the body, dissolving as they replace it with a vision of health and resilience.

For instance, a client with knee pain might visualise one knee as strong, flexible, and perhaps glowing with a calm, pure colour, while the painful knee appears red, weak, or strained. For an emotional block, the visualisation often involves actively “telling” the issue to leave the body. This reinforces a sense of mental control over healing, creating a pathway for the body to align with the mind’s intention.

Reinforcing the Transformation With Daily Practice

To anchor these changes, clients receive a personalized “healing vortex” recording, which provides ongoing support beyond the RTT® session. This recording encourages the body’s renewal mechanisms and helps clear emotional, mental, and physical toxins. Listening to the recording daily allows clients to further reinforce the mind’s role in healing, engaging the body’s repair systems to create lasting relief.

Lasting Transformation & Real Relief

Through this RTT® hypnotherapy journey, clients experience relief that goes beyond temporary pain reduction. By identifying the true source of their discomfort—whether physical or psychosomatic—clients tap into the mind’s potential to support the body’s healing process.
