You’ve been hurt

Your heart crushed

Your love dismissed

“I wear my heart on my sleeve” they say.

When we wear our hearts on our sleeves, we leave our soft heart with no protection. The heart’s original home is in your chest, guarded by your ribs.

Protected.

Your body is smarter than any technology. It is the original machine—designed to self-heal, designed to reproduce, to feel, to love. Place your heart away from its guardians, its intelligent protection, and you leave yourself vulnerable.

Your ribs aren’t a cage that stops your heart from receiving or giving love. Your ribs act as a gate with a door that says, “Speak love and enter.”

Not everyone deserves direct access to your heart. Most won’t know how to truly cherish it. So do as your body does: do your internal checks and keep your heart guarded.

The heart itself is super intelligent.

Did you know it is naturally a powerful receiver and a giver?

Let me explain.

The heart receives oxygen as an organ for itself. Oxygenated blood from the lungs nourishes the heart. The heart, to function at its best, must first nourish itself, look after itself, care for itself. Only then can it truly give unconditionally to every other cell, tissue, and organ in the body.

If the mind only followed what the heart already understands—to lead by example.

Will you still be wearing your heart on your sleeve?

Choose better for you.

Choose love.
