My Personal Healing Journey with RTT

From Feeling ‘Not Enough’ to Reclaiming My Worth

For years, I carried an invisible weight—one that told me I wasn’t good enough, that I didn’t deserve happiness, and that no matter how hard I tried, I would always fall short. It was a deep-rooted belief, shaped by years of criticism, toxic relationships, and moments where my voice and feelings were dismissed. I lived under the shadow of self-doubt, constantly questioning my worth.

It wasn’t until I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) that everything changed.

Hitting Rock Bottom

Before RTT, I had tried different methods of healing—traditional therapy, self-help books, meditation—but nothing truly freed me from the emotional weight I carried. I could understand logically that I deserved more, but deep inside, I still felt trapped by my past.

The turning point came when I realised that these limiting beliefs weren’t truly mine. They had been programmed into me by experiences and people who projected their own pain onto me. That realisation led me to RTT, a method that promised not just to treat symptoms but to uncover and transform the root cause of my struggles.

My RTT Experience

During my first RTT session, I was guided into a relaxed, hypnotic state where I could access memories that had shaped my beliefs about myself. I revisited moments from my past—some I had long forgotten, others that I didn’t even realise had affected me so deeply. Through the RTT process, I saw these experiences from a new perspective and understood how they had influenced my self-worth.

The most powerful part of RTT was the transformation stage.

My therapist helped me rewrite my internal narrative, replacing those damaging beliefs with empowering ones. For the first time, I truly felt free from the weight of my past. The daily personalised recordings reinforced these new beliefs, rewiring my mind to see myself as capable, worthy, and enough.

The Aftermath: Reclaiming My Worth

The effects of RTT were profound. Almost immediately, I noticed a shift in how I spoke to myself, how I carried myself, and how I responded to challenges. The feelings of unworthiness that had once controlled me began to fade. I started making decisions that honored my well-being, setting boundaries without guilt, and stepping into my power with confidence.

What surprised me the most was how this transformation rippled into every area of my life—my relationships improved, my career took a new and exciting direction, and most importantly, I felt at peace with myself. RTT didn’t just change my mindset; it changed my life.

Why I Want to Share This

I know I’m not alone in feeling ‘not enough.’ So many of us carry these beliefs without even realizing how much they hold us back. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing my journey—because I want others to know that healing is possible, and that they, too, can break free from the limitations they’ve unknowingly accepted as truth.

In fact, my experience with RTT was so life-changing that I decided to become an RTT therapist myself. I knew I had to help others break free from the same chains that once held me back. Now, I guide people through their own transformations, showing them that they don’t have to stay stuck in old patterns. They, too, can reclaim their self-worth and live the fulfilling, confident life they deserve.

If you’re struggling with self-doubt, feeling stuck, or questioning your worth, I encourage you to explore RTT. It has the power to uncover the subconscious beliefs that no longer serve you and replace them with the truth…

that you are enough, just as you are.

Healing isn’t always easy, but it is always worth it. And if my journey can inspire even one person to take that first step toward transformation, then sharing it has been worth it too.
