When you understand how your Nervous System works, and how to regulate it, you can easily access more pleasure in all areas of your life.
The definition of pleasure is thought to be a mixture of contentment, joy, and relaxation.
Give that a moment, all those lovely ingredients mixed …ahh… let’s get some of that!
