The Excitement of the Festive Season

Advent, Christmas and New Year have always been exciting fun-filled occasions that fill up the dark days in December.

Sadly for some people they get over anxious and even fearful.  Let’s delve into this for a moment.  I have been there many times in my life.  Fear can be terrifying and prevent you from living your best life and prevent you from being the expressive and powerful creator you are. I have been there!

Why do you feel fear?

I’m sure you have asked yourself this at some point in your life.

The answer is that you only feel fear when you doubt the end result.  This is why it is so important to have a clear goal, one that you envisage wholeheartedly daily. When you doubt that you will have the outcome that you want, you create a feeling of fear.

Just pause for a moment and reflect on this….

If you knew without doubt that you would get your wanted outcome – why would you feel fear?

It is only when we doubt the end result (our goal achieved) and in this we must also be doubting our true nature.  That creates an experience of “I am not” – Fear!

This is why beginning in the end is so crucial, because it dissolves fear.

Do you know how to do this?

Have you ever tried?

When we live as if we have already achieved our primary goal, the fear simply will not exist.  It cannot as you are living in a feeling of assured positivity.

If this is something you need help with.  Message me.

Let’s rather focus on the joy of this festive time and the gift of giving without expectation.  One of the first laws of life is giving.  I believe we should give abundantly without expectation.

When we have an attitude of getting and expect to receive because we have given, then we are blocking this law of life and holding ourselves back by repressing all the good that could be ours.  So, I’m encouraging you not to limit yourself.

There is no reason why we have to receive before we can give, that is just a mindset that needs to be shifted.

Enjoy the spirit of giving abundantly, it does not have to be only materialistic, but also of your time, talent and attention.  Give abundantly with love and joy.

You will be delighted that when you give, you shall receive.

Lastly, giving doesn’t only need to be confined to birthdays, Christmas and special occasions. Let’s create a spirit of abundant giving on a daily basis.  No matter how big or small, whether it’s a gesture, our time or just giving a broad smile to some you passed on the street.

Let’s give more.

I wish you all a very Happy and Healthy Christmas and May the True Joy of this Festive Season fill your Hearts and Homes.

Best wishes always

Catherine
