In the last couple of years, I have been keeping myself busy with helping women understand how herbs and a more holistic approach to life can help with menopause, stress, anxiety, and even sleep deprivation. In-between this, running my doggy day care business and a bit more studying and gaining qualifications, has been going on - Herbalism level 3 and Advanced level 4, Biochemic Medicine part one.
Over the next couple of years I am will am studying Biochemic Medicine part two, Allergies and Treatments, and also training to be an Advanced Stress Consultant.
I have thoroughly enjoyed doing all of this and will continue doing so.
