Frederique Tabarant is Access Bar® Facilitator and Body process® practitioner.

Doctor in Biology and Earth Observation, Frédérique is a scientist with an atypical background.

In search of consciousness and freedom, since her young age, she has always invested in herself and her personal development. She became a Reiki Master and made many spiritual journeys (Mount Kailas in Tibet, Yucatan, Hawai, Peru, Shasta in the US …). She is also a life coach and is specialised in methods to liberate the mind from limiting beliefs, emotional blocks and conditionings.

Two years ago, she created LetGo® & Live, a system to free the mind and let go. Shortly after she discovered Access Consciousness®, which created more changes and new possibilities for herself and her life. She now facilitates classes so others can become Bars Practitioners.

She also proposes thematic classes, around receiving and money, communion with the earth, and partnership and connection using Access Consciousness tools and social dancing techniques. She is also West Coast Swing teacher and a passionate Brazilian Zouk dancer.
