Jen is a devoted wife, mother of three incredible daughters, and a fervent advocate for women's well-being. Residing in East Meath, Ireland, she holds qualifications as a Postpartum Doula, Massage Therapist, and registered Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach.

In her leisure time, Jen can be found enjoying all the coffee, baking, getting out in nature, yoga, or reading a good book.

Initially trained in nutrition with a focus on weight loss, Jen's journey evolved as she recognised the potential harm of prescribing diets. Seeking further education in Non-Diet Approaches to Health and Nutrition Counselling, she now empowers women to prioritise genuine health over societal standards.

Inspired by her own experiences during pregnancy and postpartum, Jen founded Mindful Wellness as a sanctuary for mothers seeking support and understanding. Specialising in reproductive journey support, she guides women through body acceptance, non-diet health approaches, postpartum care, and new-born support.

Committed to ongoing learning and providing the best possible care, Jen invites women to join her in embracing mindful eating practices, embracing body changes, and cultivating positive habits for a healthier, happier life.
