Hi! I’m HealthCoachLisa. In addition to health coaching, I’m also a biofeedback practitioner, and a home educating mom to 2 teenagers, 2 dogs & a cat. I mentor health freedom seekers through coaching, training, and sharing holistic health info that really resonates with me.

After university, I started in the tech sector in the US and then in the UK, training and implementing a variety of systems. My life took a turn when I was introduced to the natural health sector. This was an eye-opener which initiated my passion for natural wellness and started me down a whole new trajectory.

I left the corporate world and became a wellness entrepreneur. I met and married my soulmate, Ben, an Osteopath and entrepreneur like myself. We adopted our first daughter from China and our second daughter from Mauritius where we lived for 13 years.

On my health and nutrition journey, I have sold health products; coached and trained other wellness entrepreneurs; led guided detoxes; did extended water fasts; and became a certified Nutrition Coach.

Interestingly, as I look back on my experience, I was also drawn to Energy Medicine long before I became a Quantum Biofeedback Practitioner. I’m a long-term yoga lover and practised Tai Chi for a few years as well. I trained in Reiki and became a Flower Remedies Practitioner. My girls have had the benefit of 18 years of homeopathic home prescribing and have never had antibiotics or needed to go to the doctor. So it wasn’t surprising that I fell in love with biofeedback (bioresonance) when I came across it.

I’m driven by my passion for health knowledge and freedom. I love researching, sharing insights, coaching, training, and making good health as simple as possible to get to the root cause and uncover the magic we all embody.
