I am originally from the ‘Beautiful Rainbow Nation’ - Southern Africa. I have lived in Ireland for over 30 years in a very special place of great beauty and more importantly the local people that have supported and inspired me through this wonderful holistic journey. This place I call home - Killeshandra, Co Cavan - a countryside village surrounded by beautiful lakes, famous for its friendly people, great fishing, the amazing Killykeen Forest Park and of course music.

Since a very early age, I always had a unique interest in Complementary Medicine / Holistic Therapies. So I decided to follow my dream, as it is something I truly love & believe in. Nestled in the heart of Killeshandra, is my Holistic Studio based in the Focus Resource Centre.

I pursued a career in Holistic Therapies, which cover an array of subjects from Holistic Massage, Holistic Facials, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Thai Chi Foot Massage, Crystal Healing & Reiki.
