The Fusion of Reiki & Fitness

In the pursuit of holistic well-being and a harmonious fusion of mind and body, I draw upon my extensive personal experience and expertise to seamlessly integrate Reiki practices into fitness routines. The journey to optimal health extends beyond mere physical prowess—it requires a conscious alignment of one’s mental and spiritual dimensions.

How I combine Reiki practices with fitness routines to enhance overall well-being and energy balance is from my own personal experience and expertise. Starting a fitness program is not just deciding you’re healthy and physically confident enough to join a gym. You need to have the correct mindset, have faith, believe in yourself, and maintain balance in order to continue your fitness program. Achieving your fitness goals is fifty percent your physical commitment; the other fifty percent is your mindset. That is why I combine Reiki sessions into my clients’ fitness programs.

It’s easy for people to lose interest in their gym program because they have low self-esteem or they’re not seeing results fast enough.

They may not think they can progress to heavier weights or move up on their intensity level. I always explain to them that it’s their mindset. Your physical self and your heart need to be committed and enthusiastic to achieve your fitness goals! I offer my clients a choice to receive a Reiki session to balance their mind so they can combine body & mind in their fitness routine.

By merging Reiki and fitness, you will become fit and strong…physically and mentally. Whilst exercising your body physically the Reiki helps develop balance and calmness which is needed to become one with yourself. So, my clients’ fitness programs consist of a total body workout. If they decide on a gain weight and build muscle program – I teach them about the different muscle groups of the body, the names of the specific muscles they will be targeting, the exercise machines/equipment they will be using, as well as how many sets and repetitions they need to perform for desired results. Additionally, I provide my clients with a diet and nutrition plan so they know the best and healthiest foods to consume for their fitness goals and general well-being.

The Reiki sessions I combine with their fitness program involves a hands-on healing session that includes working with crystal healing stones and balancing their chakras. The chakra cleansing is the most important part of the healing process, as the chakras are energy linkage centres that connect the physical body with the subtle bodies contained within the bio magnetic sheath/aura, surrounding the physical body. The chakras distribute life force through the physical and subtle bodies, and each chakra is associated with a specific colour and crystal that governs different aspects of human emotion and behaviour.

If a chakra becomes blocked, the subtle energy flow becomes imbalanced, and disease or disharmony on the physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual level eventually results. So, balancing energy and strength into Reiki and fitness is vital in the modern age. You’re not only looking after your physical self, but just as importantly, you taking care of your mind, spiritual health and general well-being.

The amalgamation of Reiki and fitness goes above and beyond the conventional boundaries of physical exercise, offering a holistic path towards comprehensive well-being. By infusing the healing energies of Reiki into the realm of fitness, I strive to guide my clients on a transformative journey—transcends the confines of mere physical achievement. Ultimately, the integration of Reiki and fitness stands as a testament to the interconnectedness of our physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions, providing a blueprint for a life rich in both strength and serenity.
