Remember, your worth is not determined by society’s standards; it comes from within. 2. Embracing Intimate Health
When it comes to our most intimate parts, it’s essential to prioritise our health. Regular visits to a gynaecologist and keeping an eye on any changes or discomfort are crucial, but they do not provide women with the knowledge to check their vaginal health for themselves. Let’s break the taboo around these conversations and empower each other with knowledge to recognise tension, congestion, and trigger points, so they don’t build up into more serious gynaecological issues.
3. Natural Care for Our ‘Lady Bits’
Nature provides us with an abundance of healing remedies. Incorporate natural products into your routine, like organic cotton underwear, chemical-free feminine washes, and soothing herbal teas. It’s all about pampering your ‘pussy’ with gentleness and care.
4. Sensual Self-Exploration
Connecting with our bodies through sensuality can be a powerful experience. Whether it’s through self-pleasure, exploring tantra, self-care practices or mindful meditation, the journey of self-discovery can awaken a deeper understanding of ourselves. Whilst we recognise that self-pleasure can awaken women to a deeper understanding, we also recognise that some women’s pelvic spaces have been traumatised through medical intervention, trauma, sexual abuse, rape, and shame to name a few. We have therefore removed the sexual aspect and created an empowering program that enables a woman to do the self-care practices themselves, so that they can recognise where the trauma is stored and remove the congestion themselves. By taking ownership over your own bodies, you begin to reclaim sovereignty over it.
5. Mindful Nutrition
What we put inside our bodies directly impacts our overall health, including our pelvic well-being. Opt for nourishing, whole foods that support hormonal balance and keep your body in harmony.
6. Mental & Emotional Wellness
Holistic pelvic care® goes beyond physical aspects. Taking care of our mental and emotional well-being is equally vital. Engage in practices that calm the mind, such as yoga, meditation, journaling, or spending time in nature. The program has a specifically designed womb meditation that enables a woman to become aware of her pelvic bowl in an energetic way. When you can attune yourself this way, you begin to understand whether you are too much in your masculine energy, or your feminine energy and rebalance yourself. Being too heavily in one of the energy patterns causes our outer reality to be impacted in a negative way.

The Dalai Lama once said ‘The world will be healed by the western women’ but we believe that in order for this to be achieved women need to come home to their root, to the wisdom that comes from the womb and the great mother.

If you’re sexually active, ensure you’re practicing safe sex and using reliable birth control methods. Empower yourself with knowledge about the different options available and choose what suits you best.
