My name is Antonio John, I’m 21 years old and I have always had a natural passion for sports & outdoors activities. My experience ranges from Chinese kickboxing, boxing, Dog Kung-Fu, Tai chi, Yoga, 100 & 200m sprint, long jump, long distance running, and of course the gym. I take my health and diet very seriously and am always looking for new foods, recipes, and other ways of becoming the ultimate and strongest version of myself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
