Lee is based in Cheshire and has been running Broad-minded a business with a holistic approach for the last 20 years. A previous Young Entrepreneur Winner in Chester, Lee provides Movement, Mindfulness, Life Coaching, Music and Sound Services for Self-development and Wellness.
Having practiced Martial Arts from an early age and being inspired by Bruce Lee’s philosophy Lee developed a keen interest in movement practices and all things Eastern. Later, after completing his A Level in Business Studies his passion increased for setting up his own business. Already with an interest in creativity, sport and music, Lee began dj-ing in Manchester during his early twenties. He then combined his entrepreneurial skills with his passion for music, along with his Mum as an inspiration, to launch Broad-minded in 2003. Initially Broad-minded was mainly based around Music and provided Sound System Hire, Music Events, a Dj Agency and Creative Music Workshops. For the last 15 years Lee specialised in delivering music workshops in the community and working in Education as a Learning Mentor and DJ/Production Tutor.
In 2019 Lee went to the Wudang mountains in China to study Qi Gong and Tai Chi, as his long-term vision for developing his own movement practice started to take shape. Movement and Enerchi was then born as a practice that’s mindful, intuitive and flowing. Bringing all aspects of Qi Gong, Daoist Flow Yoga, Somatics and Freestyle Tai Chi together. Lee also became qualified as a Life Coach and Mindfulness Practitioner in recent years and is currently developing Music and Sound events and facilitation going forward.
