Moody Nails uses hand mudras to bring clear intention to the meditation practices of girls and young women; allowing them to log off, become still and get soul guided.
What are Mudras? Sanskrit for seal, hand mudras are hand gestures used in meditation and yoga. Each mudra has its own qualities to benefit the practioner.
Partnering with the women-focus social enterprise The Nail Social, Moody Nails is an empowering coffee table book that features Insta-worthy nail art.

“Your nails are your jewels not your tools.” My mother often said this to me as I was growing up. After learning about mudras and wanting to create wellbeing products for girls and women, I thought – why can’t they be both? – Sinnead Ali
