Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique

I still remember this clearly , as though it happened yesterday. Whilst perusing through YouTube videos that I was interested in (they happened to be all about long distance running ) one video in particular kept popping up. No matter how much I searched for MY subject of choice this one was determined to catch my eye.

After about three or four attempts to get rid of this lady in the video, I finally gave in and pondered “Ok ..what are you trying to tell me?”.

This was the pivotal moment where my entire life (not to mention reality) changed forever!

The lady in question was the amazing Dolores Cannon. There were a few things she said that caught my attention.

1. Do what you LOVE , or you’ll never be happy.

2. The future is alternative therapies and

3. The client’s wellbeing is of utmost importance!

She knew her job inside out and had the answers to everything.

Well, I knew there and then that I wanted to learn as much as I could from her, learn her style of hypnosis and be the very best version of myself that I could.

I qualified as a Quantum Healing Hypnotherapist and as part of the course worked in my community for free. I put a local ad out and people responded.

In it I said ” Expect nothing but keep an open mind”. I was not expecting to experience what I did in a million years. And I didn’t think much as I led one of my first clients into the deepest state of trance – Theta. This is a perfectly normal state we enter before we fall asleep and before we wake up.

Outline of a QHHT Session

We always set time aside (usually up to two hours) before the session to get to know the client a bit more. They can talk for as long as they need to, which makes people feel at ease. We don’t charge by the hour, so there is no pressure for time.

The session is performed lying down (never in a chair) as many people go so deep, they literally “drop”.

The way the hypnosis works is by use of imagery, visualisation, and the voice. Each and every word I say has a meaning and it speaks to the subconscious mind.

The success of the technique is down to getting the conscious or “sceptic” mind out of the way, so healing can occur and answers can be obtained.

There’ll be enough time after the session for the conscious mind to “interfere” and often the doubts start to kick in. This is perfectly normal and happens to almost everybody.
